Q: What’s Included with Fleet Driver Training?
A: All lessons are available 24/7 and are completed 100% online. Upon completion your certificate will be ready for print immediately.

Q: How many times can I log in and out?
A: As many times as you want.

Q: Is the entire course done online?
A: Yes, the entire course is done 100% online.

Q: How long do I have to complete my courses?
A: 1 year. If you need more time just let us know and we will extend the time free of charge.

Q: Are there tests that I need to pass?
A: No. There are no final exams or tests, only participation quizzes.

Q: Can I sign up online?
A: Yes, you can sign up 100% online using our secure registration form and payment. All of our programs are taken 100% online.

Q: How long is the course?
A: It depends on which course you sign up for. Our 2-Hour refresher course will last about 2 hours. If you enroll in one of our short lessons they will last about 30 minutes. You do not however, need to accrue the time in one sitting. Once registered, you may start and stop the course at your convenience.

Q: When will I receive my certificate?
A: Upon completion, your certificate will be available for print immediately.

Q: Will I also receive my certificate in my email?
A: Yes, as soon as you have completed your course/lesson you will have the option of printing it. We will also email it to you for your records.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Secure Online Payments using Visa and MasterCard. This includes debit cards, credit cards and pre-paid cards displaying the Visa or MasterCard logos.
